• Go to your Seller Dashboard and click on Add Product.
• Provide essential details for your product:
  • Product Title: Give your product a clear and descriptive name.
  • Category: Select the appropriate category for your product.
  • Description: Write a detailed description, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Price: Set a competitive price that matches the quality and value of your product.
  • Images: Upload high-quality images of your product from different angles.
  • Stock Quantity: Specify how many units are available for sale.

Once your product details are submitted, it will go live and be available for purchase!

Step 3: Manage Orders

When customers place orders, you will be notified in your Seller Dashboard.

• Review new orders and prepare for shipping.
• Pack your products securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
• Use the provided shipping label or your own, and dispatch the order promptly.

Step 4: Receive Payments

Payments are processed securely through Chindozwa. Once an order is successfully delivered and confirmed by the customer, you will receive payment for your products.

• Payments will be transferred to your designated bank account or payment method.
• Our system ensures prompt and transparent payments, so you can focus on growing your business.

Step 5: Provide Excellent Customer Service
